Terms & Conditions for Monthly Direct Debit Treatment Packages

1.  Agreement Overview

By signing up for a monthly direct debit treatment package (“the Package”) with Simon Lee Aesthetic Medical Clinic (“the Clinic”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and the Clinic.

2.  Payment Terms

•       The total cost of your chosen Package is divided into [12] equal monthly instalments, payable via direct debit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

•       Direct debit payments will be collected automatically on the agreed date each month from your nominated bank account.

•       The Client is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available for each payment.

3.  Duration of Agreement

•       Each Package covers treatments delivered over a 12-month period, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

•       This agreement remains in force until all scheduled payments have been made in full, or until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

4.  Early Cancellation and Outstanding Balances

•       All treatment Packages are fixed-term financial commitments, not pay-as-you-go services.

•       If you cancel your direct debit or discontinue payments before the full balance has been paid, the remaining balance for the full annual Package will become immediately due and payable to the Clinic.

•       The Clinic reserves the right to recover unpaid amounts using appropriate collection processes, which may include the use of third-party agencies.

5.  Missed or Failed Payments

•       If a direct debit payment fails, the Clinic will notify you and attempt to reprocess the payment within 5–10 business days.

•       If subsequent payments fail or are not resolved, the Clinic may suspend or cancel future treatments until the account is brought up to date.

•       The Client remains liable for the outstanding balance, and the Clinic reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for failed payments or recovery actions.

6.  Refunds, Credits, and Transfers

•       All treatment Packages are non-refundable once the first treatment has commenced.

•       In exceptional circumstances (for example, a medical condition that prevents treatment), the Clinic may, at its sole discretion, defer them to a later date.

•       If a refund is granted, the value of any treatments already received will be deducted from the total package amount at their full individual treatment rate before any refund is calculated.

7.  Treatment Scheduling and Attendance

•       Treatments must be scheduled and completed within the validity period of the Package.

•       Missed appointments or late cancellations (as defined in the Clinic’s separate Appointment & Cancellation Policy) may result in the treatment being forfeited without refund.

•       The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule treatments if practitioners are unavailable, ensuring reasonable notice is given wherever possible.

8.  Changes to Direct Debit or Contact Details

•       You must inform the Clinic promptly of any changes to your bank account or contact information to avoid payment disruptions.

•       The Clinic reserves the right to adjust payment collection dates with reasonable notice.

9.  Termination by the Clinic

The Clinic reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel your Package if:

•       Payments are missed or remain outstanding;

•       You breach these Terms or act inappropriately toward Clinic staff; or

•       The Clinic determines, at its discretion, that continuation of treatment is not clinically appropriate.

In such cases, any remaining balance for treatments already agreed upon will become immediately payable.

10.  Clinical Responsibility and Client Obligations

•       All treatments are subject to medical assessment and practitioner approval. The Clinic reserves the right to decline or modify treatment if deemed clinically unsuitable or unsafe.

•       You must disclose all relevant medical information before treatment and inform your practitioner of any changes to your health, medications, or lifestyle that could affect treatment outcomes.

•       The Clinic shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcomes arising from your failure to follow pre- or post-treatment guidance or disclose relevant medical information.

11.  Liability

•       Simon Lee Aesthetic Medical Clinic provides all treatments using qualified professionals and with reasonable care and skill.

•       Results may vary from person to person, and no guarantee of specific outcomes can be provided.

•       The Clinic’s liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total value of the Package purchased.

12.  Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13.  Acknowledgement

By signing below or agreeing electronically, you confirm that:

•       You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;

•       You authorise Simon Lee Aesthetic Medical Clinic to collect payments via direct debit as agreed; and

•       You accept that if your direct debit is cancelled early, the outstanding balance remains payable in full.
